For Farm to Table, I followed Ricky Saward’s permaculture approach at Seven Swans, the world’s first Michelin-starred vegan restaurant. A portrait of craftsmanship, nature and the connection between them. Turns out fine dining starts with getting your hands dirty.

How do you fit 125 years of German football into one film? Dig through the DFB archives, visit fans and amateur clubs, throw their own footage into the mix and set the whole thing to Schlagermusik. That's how.
THE ORIGINAL WAY:
For Coca-Cola’s The Original Way, I met chefs serving their signature dishes with a Coke on the side. This chapter took me as DP to Mexico to talk tacos — and eat a few, strictly for research. The series also brought me to the US, India, Israel, Denmark and all across Germany.

What do you do when your testimonial gets injured days before a commercial shoot? Ditch the script and document the comeback. We met Grand Slam champion Dominic Thiem in Vienna for a portrait of a very different kind of preparation.
